Terms and Conditions

This is an outline of the terms and conditions agreed between UK Apollo Group Ltd, 1 Church Court, Church Way, Morley, LS27 9TN and the Client.

Career Management & Outplacement Specialists

1. Personal Career Solutions agrees to make available to the Client its services as outlined in the Career Development Programme, a copy of which will have been provided to the Client. The full services will be made available, without restriction, to the client for the agreed period.

2. Personal Career Solutions may withhold services if payment is not received as per the agreement. No refund of fees is offered for the early completion of this agreement under any circumstance e.g. should the Client accept a new role early in the programme.

3. The Client agrees that all information and documentation provided by Personal Career Solutions shall be entirely confidential to him/her and shall not be divulged by him/her to other parties in any manner whatsoever, either in part or in full. The client also understands that any data provided from any of our resources to support job search activity is subject to verification by the client.

4. The fees covered by this agreement are for consulting and training services with the aim of enhancing career prospects. Personal Career Solutions does not act as an employment agency nor are the fees related to the achievement of new employment. The majority of the fees (90%) are for consultancy which is delivered in the first 4 weeks of the programme (Career Assessment and Marketing Preparation stages).

5. The fee is not subject to adjustment based upon the number of meetings or hours spent with the client.

6. Personal Career Solutions may terminate or suspend services if the client unreasonably fails to co-operate or communicate, without prejudice to the agreed fees.
